Well, I finally went back to bed last night and was able to get some rest. We woke up and had a nice breakfast (free even) at the hotel and headed out. We were both hesitant and a little nervous but we were on our way. Luckily, with probably the best navigation skills in all of Ireland on my part and Bryon's never-ending patience (that is so sarcasm) we did a lot better today. We made it out of downtown Dublin without even screwing up once! YEA! Bryon has been turning on the windshield wipers alot though given they are where the turn signal is supposed to be! OOPS!
We headed down to Kilkenney this morning and walked around the Kilkenney Castle and the city streets a bit. We stopped in Knocktopher for a few photos and then made our way to Waterford. That is where we are now. We checked into Dunroven B&B, where we met our very cordial hosts Paul & Breda Power. They were so nice to give us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our upcoming nuptials. Bry is napping right now while I update this. We are going to take a taxi down to the River Suir and walk around a bit then go to dinner.
Tomorrow we plan to go to Waterford Crystal and then head up to Cashel.
Cheers!
XOXOXO
